Voucher expiry & extensions
We know that life happens! And sometimes this means you may need to change, extend or vary the Daring Dogs certificate you have bought. Doing this usually just requires a phone call or email, but there are some terms, conditions and restrictions and we will need to charge you a $15.00 administration fee.
Here are some answers to some frequently asked questions
What is the expiry date for my experience certificate and/or gift card?
Recipients of Daring Dogs experiences certificates have 6 months to book and take the experience or 12 months to use their gift card.
You can find the expiry date for your Daring Dogs experience certificate in the border along the bottom of the certificate.
The expiry date for our gift cards is also included on the front of the card.
Can Daring Dogs certificates and gift cards be extended?
Yes. Our business is about helping people and their dogs experience fantastic activities. Daring Dogs is happy to extend, by up to three months, experience certificates that have not expired.
Please note that:
- You may have to pay the difference in cost if the experience has increased in price since your initial purchase.
- You will need to complete the experience prior to the expiry date or any extended expiry date.
- Unfortunately, we cannot provide extensions for Gift Cards under any circumstances.
