Refund Policy
All Daring Dogs Certificates and Gift Cards are non-refundable and not exchangeable/redeemable for cash.
Refunds on Daring Dogs Gifts bought from Daring Dogs' suppliers can only be provided if the Gift has been damaged during transit. Gifts will need to be returned, within 21 days of purchase, with proof of damage and proof of purchase.
Exchange Policy
We work hard to bring you the best possible range of gifts and experiences for dogs. But we know that from time to time a customer may need or want to exchange their Experience Certificate (e.g. if you've received a Certificate for an activity that doesn't interest you). Provided you meet certain conditions, you can generally exchange your Experience Certificate for Daring Dogs credit to use towards purchasing an alternative experience.
The following section outlines answers to some frequently asked questions as well as our more detailed terms and conditions governing the exchange of Daring Dogs certificates.
Can Daring Dogs certificates be exchanged for credit?
Yes. Providing a Daring Dogs voucher has not expired or been used, you can contact us to convert the value of the voucher into Daring Dogs dollars that can be used to purchase something else on the site. A $15.00 administration fee will be charged to all exchanges. Daring Dogs dollars are subject to the same expiry date as your experience certificate.
To exchange your experience certificate for Daring Dogs dollars, simply send an email to helpingpaws@daringdogs.com.au or phone us at 1300 240 477. To help us process your request, you will need to quote the unique code that is listed on the front of your Daring Dogs certificate.
Conditions of exchange of Daring Dogs Certificates
- Exchanges are only permitted for valid Certificates that have not been used, i.e. where an experience date has not yet been booked with the supplier.
- All valid Certificate exchanges will incur an administration fee of $15 per Certificate.
- If you exchange your Certificate for an experience of lesser value, any remaining balance will be held in credit on your Daring Dogs account and subject to the same expiry date as the original Certificate.
- If you exchange for an experience of higher value, you will be required and prompted to pay the difference.
- The expiry date of any exchanged Certificate is the same as the original Certificate.
Gift Cards
Exchanges do not apply to Gift Cards.
Daring Dogs Gifts
Once a Daring Dogs Gift has been purchased and dispatched, it cannot be exchanged.
Restrictions
Certain experiences provided by experience providers are subject to minimum age or other restrictions. These restrictions may apply to the individuals and/or the dog(s) participating in the experience. These restrictions are outlined on the relevant experience information page and also in the email of your booking confirmation. Please read this information carefully. It is your responsibility to understand any restrictions prior to confirming your booking. If you are later forced to cancel due to restrictions, you may be liable for charges by the provider of your experience.
If, after booking an experience, and at the sole discretion of the operator, you and/or your dog(s) are deemed unfit or unable to participate safely in all or any part of the experience the operator may withdraw you and/or your dog from the experience on the grounds of your own safety and that of others. In these circumstances, you will not be entitled to a refund or to re-book. Nor will Daring Dogs be liable to reimburse any travelling or other incidental expenses incurred by you or any other person.
Transfer of Certificates and Gift Cards
Can I transfer my Daring Dogs certificate or gift card to someone else?
Yes. As long as a Daring Dogs certificate or gift card has not expired, it can be given to anyone to use, regardless of the name that appears on the front of the certificate.
